Tuition Payments: All
tuition payments must be paid by one of
three options:
1.
Pay by semester and get 10% off:
Payment can be done by check, cash, or credit card.
1st semester Sept. – Dec. (4 months)
2nd semester Jan. –1/2 June (5 1/2 months) +++June Tuition
is prorated+++
2. Automatic
monthly withdrawals from credit card or debit card:
At the first of each month, tuition will be debited from your
account. A convenience fee of $1.50 will be charged to your
card each month. Credit card or bank debit payments are not
accepted in-person on a monthly basis.
3. Postdated
Checks: Simply write a check for each month and date
checks for the 1st of each month. All checks must be received upon
registration to confirm enrollment. No class spot will
be confirmed without receipt of all postdated checks.
Failure to provide postdated checks will result in an extra fee of
$10.00 per month.
** Payment
Authorization Sheet: must be signed in order to release
account information to FDF. Form needs to be signed &
returned at the time of registration. **
General Payment
Policies:
1. All tuition fees will be processed at the 1st of each month.
2. All returned checks will have a $25.00 service charge.
3. No discounts or prorated options will be given for scheduled
days off, holidays, illness, family events, or school functions.
4. For insufficient or neglected payments, student participation
will be suspended until account is settled.
5. All registration fees, tuition, recital, and other payments are
non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. No monthly statements will be sent out. Only statements for
late or delinquent payments will be given.
7. A receipt will be given to all payments made in cash.
Withdrawal/Refunds:
There is a two month minimum for
all lessons. One month notice from the first month is required to
discontinue any classes. Withdrawal must be done in person and
will not be accepted over the phone. Withdrawal must occur within
7 days of the month. No withdrawals will be accepted after April
1st. To withdraw, a parent or adult must complete
the following steps:
1. Inform the
studio in person
2. Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by FDF.
*All unprocessed checks, dated
after the one month period, will be returned. All automatic bank
debiting or credit card charges will stop after the one month
period. Frisco Dance Force reserves the right to refuse or
terminate lessons to any student without notice. In such a case, a
refund for unused lessons will be given.
* If a refund request is made for any reason, a $50.00
processing fee will be required.
Attendance/Tardiness:
FDF reserves the right to have students who come late to class,
sit out the class. Repeated tardiness may result in the
termination of lessons. A minimum attendance level is required. If
a student misses more than 4 classes without written notice, the
studio reserves the right to terminate lessons. Students missing
more than 4 classes after the month of January will not be allowed
to perform in the end of the year recital.
Make-ups:
Students are welcome to do make-ups in any class that is age
appropriate. Call the front desk in order to schedule.
Parent’s
Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the parent or
adult student to be aware of all studio activities, such as
observation days, recitals, extra classes, and dates the studio is
open/closed. FDF will post notices inside the facility as well as
sending out notes home with the student. It is the parent’s
responsibility to regularly check with the studio or the FDF
website to ensure they are informed. It is also the responsibility
of the parent or adult student to inform the school of any address
or telephone number change.
Care of Students: FDF
is not responsible for after care for students. Parents with
students under the age of 5 are to remain in the school during
classes. Students are not to be left at the school for an
excessive amount of time before or after classes.
Injuries:
Parents, legal guardians, and adult students waive the right to
any legal action for any injury sustained on studio property
resulting from normal activity conducted by the students before,
during and after class time.
Photo Release: FDF
is hereby granted permission to take pictures of the students and
use for advertisement purposes only.
